60″ x 31″ Mixed Media. When I started working at Fender I knew I needed to present myself as an artist. I was surrounded by musicians – some of them quite brilliant musicians. This painting was inspired by Picaso’s Old Man with Guitar. I painted it on an old closet door and it was a bit long so I filled it in with the RCA Dog. I like to think Picaso would have smiled.
